  a mix of foreign policy experts in a variety of sectors including nationa
 l defense\, parliamentary\, journalism\, academia\, and NGO's. These globa
 l leaders will be visiting Lincoln as participants in the International Vi
 sitor Leadership Program (IVLP)\, the U.S. Department of State's premier e
 xchange program for foreign professionals.\n\nWe welcome LCIV members and 
 friends to join us for an international happy hour and community reception
  to help welcome our guests and to give them an opportunity to meet and ch
 at with the Lincoln community in an informal setting. Light snacks will be
  provided. No RSVP necessary!
